Add your first product

Primary path

1. Open Products, then click Add Product (/dashboard/products/add).
2. On the General tab in General Information, enter Product Title.
3. Set Product Status to Published (Visible to Customers) (not Draft).
4. On the Pricing tab, enter Price.
5. On the Stock tab keep Simple Product (no options), enable Track Stock if needed, then enter Available Quantity.
6. Optional: upload an image from the Media tab.
7. Click Add Product until Product added successfully! appears.
8. Open the storefront and confirm the product appears.

Expected result

The product appears in the Products list and its public page opens.

• For sizes or colors use Create a product with variants.
• For full detail (sale price, sale type, hide when out of stock) see Create a simple product.
