Enable automatic WhatsApp order confirmation

Primary path

1. Open Smart WhatsApp (/dashboard/whatsapp) and confirm an Active account exists.
2. Click Settings to open the order-confirmation dialog.
3. Enable automatic confirmation and pick ar or en.
4. Click Save via POST /api/whatsapp/order-confirmation-settings.

Automatic follow-up on no reply

• Enable If the customer doesn't reply? and pick the second-confirmation delay (default 24h).
• Pick the final action after the second deadline (default 48h): escalate (notify you in the dashboard and mobile app, order stays pending) or auto-cancel (cancel the order and release stock).
• The check runs every 15 minutes via POST /api/cron/whatsapp-confirmation-followup.

What happens after enabling

• The order_confirmation_ar or order_confirmation_en template sends fire-and-forget after order persistence with five variables.
• Every send creates one WhatsAppOrderConfirmation row keyed by outboundMessageId.
• Confirm protects stock, edit stores edit_requested, cancel releases stock then cancels only a non-terminal order.
• The confirmation badge on /dashboard/orders shows only with a connected account.

Delivery requirement

• A valid payment method on the WABA in Meta, otherwise Graph returns accepted with no delivery.
