Connect WhatsApp Business
By the end of this page a WhatsApp number shows as connected on the page.
Primary path
- Open Smart WhatsApp (
/dashboard/whatsapp). - Accept the terms and privacy checkbox shown on the page.
- Click Connect WhatsApp.
- Complete the Facebook / Meta login window until linking finishes.
- On success you see WhatsApp account connected! and the account status Active.
Expected result
No WhatsApp Numbers Connected disappears and the connected account shows with Connected on:.
Important requirements
- Open the page over HTTPS before connecting.
- To unlink later, use Disconnect.
