Map carrier areas

Primary path

1. Connect the carrier first until Connected & active appears (see Connect a shipping carrier).
2. Stay in Shipping Management (/dashboard/shipping) → Shipping Carrier Integrations.
3. Select the connected carrier. The Area mapping section appears.
4. Fill each row:
   • Store country
   • Store city
   • Store district (optional)
   • Carrier city id (for Bosta use a code such as EG-01 for Cairo)
   • Carrier district id (optional)
5. Click Save until Area mapping saved appears.

More than one row

• Add row appends an empty row.
• Remove deletes that row.
• Search rows hides non-matching rows temporarily; Save still writes every row, not only the visible ones.

Bulk paste (one city per line)

1. Paste one city per line in the box under the table using country,city,district,carrierCityId,carrierDistrictId.
2. Click Add lines.
3. Click Save.

If no row matches the order address country and city, send fails with Address is not mapped for this carrier.
