Create a shipping zone

By the end of this page Zone saved appears and shipping fees calculate at checkout.

Primary path

  1. Open Shipping Management (/dashboard/shipping).
  2. Select country then city, and open Districts & zones (click to show).
  3. Click + Add zone.
  4. In the Add zone dialog fill:
    • Zone name
    • Price (store currency code)
    • Delivery days (optional)
  5. From Select districts, pick at least one district.
  6. Save until Zone saved appears.
  7. Test checkout with an address inside the selected districts.

Expected result

Checkout shows the zone shipping fee. If the address is outside every zone, no shipping method appears.
