Order statuses reference

Statuses in the orders list (Status filter)

• Pending: order arrived and waits for processing or payment confirmation.
• Paid: payment confirmed (usually via Mark Paid).
• Shipped: order left for shipping (Mark Shipped).
• Delivered: customer received the order (Mark Delivered).
• Cancelled: cancelled from the Cancel tab / Cancel Order.
• Returned: Returns flow completed.
• Refunded: Refunds / Create Refund flow completed.

List filter

Use All Statuses to show everything, or pick one status from the Status filter. Search supports order #, customer, email, and phone.

Common fulfillment sequence

Pending → Paid → Shipped → Delivered

Not every store hits every step in the same order (example: cash on delivery may delay Paid).

Statuses you must not mix up

• Cancelled ≠ Returned ≠ Refunded
• Incomplete carts appear under Lost Orders, not as a normal orders-list status.
