Why is a customer review not showing?
You know the review shows after Approve on the Reviews page.
Direct answer
A review does not appear to customers until you click Approve on Reviews (/dashboard/reviews).
What to do
- Open
/dashboard/reviews. - Find the review that is not approved.
- Click Approve.
If you clicked Reject, the review will not show on the product page.
