Where is the QR Code Maker?
Open QR Code Maker at (/dashboard/qr-maker) or the (/dashboard/qr) alias. The page shows four tabs: Generate, Customize, Manage and Analytics, each requiring the matching QR-code permission.
What code types are available?
Seven types: URL, text, email, phone, WiFi, contact and SMS. Pick the card in the Generate tab, fill its form, enter the code name and press Generate QR Code.
How do I add the store logo and colors?
Select the code and open the Customize tab: pick a color preset or two custom colors, upload the logo (image up to 5MB) sized up to 25%, and check the live preview across mobile, tablet and desktop sizes before downloading.
How do I print the code on packaging?
From the preview section download the code as PNG, SVG or PDF and hand the file to the printer. The image carries the tracking link (/q/[id]), so you can change the destination later without reprinting.
How do I know how many times it was scanned?
Open the Analytics tab and pick the range: it shows total scans, change versus the previous period, device and country splits, the daily curve and top-performing codes.
What if a printed code shows an error on scan?
A QR Code Unavailable message means the code is paused, archived or deleted. Open the Manage tab to reactivate it or edit its destination, and the same print works immediately.
