Add a customer in CRM

Primary path

1. Open Customers (/dashboard/crm).
2. Click Add Customer.
3. In the Add New Customer dialog fill:
   • First Name (required)
   • Last Name
   • Email (required)
   • Phone Number (optional)
4. Click Add Customer.

Expected result

The customer appears in the customers table and you can open the profile for orders, loyalty, and referrals.

Bulk import

Use Import Customers from CSV when moving a large list. Required file headers: firstName, lastName, email.
