Enable the loyalty program

Primary path

1. Open Loyalty Programs (/dashboard/loyalty-programs).
2. In Program Activation, turn on Enable Loyalty Program.
3. Under Points Settings, set at least:
   • Points per currency unit
   • Minimum order amount (if you want an earn threshold)
   • Point value when redeemed
4. Click Save Changes.

Expected result

Settings save and the program is active for eligible customers on orders.

Useful extra fields

• Max points per order: redemption cap on one order.
• Points expiry (days): 0 = points never expire.
• Fixed Points Per Order: bonus points on top of amount-based points.
