Stock analytics and forecasts

Opening the page

1. Open Stock Management (/dashboard/stock-management).
2. Click Advanced Analytics at the top to open (/dashboard/stock-management/analytics).
3. Switch between the Overview and Forecasting tabs.

Overview tab

• A summary counting products per level: critical (expected depletion in under 3 days), low, healthy, overstock, and unknown.
• Action Needed card: review critical products first.
• Data Quality card: 30 days of data gives the highest accuracy.
• Clicking any product opens its detail panel.

Forecasting tab

Products grouped by risk level with current stock and depletion days per item, plus a Refresh button (snapshots refresh on demand at most every 3 days).

Product panel

Shows: current stock, depletion forecast in days and date, reorder point with a needs-reorder alert, suggested quantity, 7-day sales averages (plus 30-day in advanced mode), sales trend, three scenarios (best, worst, average), and prioritized recommendations.

On a reorder alert

1. Prepare a purchase order for the suggested quantity.
2. When goods arrive, update the quantity from Stock Management so it is recorded as a movement.
3. If a no data yet message appears, the product lacks enough movements; record sales and adjustments, then reload.

Quick open from the row

From any row actions menu in Stock Management choose advanced analytics to show that product panel without leaving the list.
