SKU and stock movements reference

Definitions

  • SKU: an internal identifier for a product or variant shown in the SKU column on Stock Management.
  • Stock movement: a quantity-change record tied to a reason (for example manual set, add, remove, or a sale).
  • Set: replace the current quantity with a final number typed in the Quantity column.
  • Add: increase the current quantity by an amount entered in Quick adjust.
  • Remove: decrease the current quantity by an amount entered in Quick adjust.
  • View history: a link in the row actions menu that opens that product's movement history.
