Review discount history
By the end of this page you can pinpoint why a promotion stopped, fix it, and reactivate it.
Primary path
- Open Discounts (
/dashboard/discounts), then View History, or directly/dashboard/discounts/[id]/history. - Read changeHistory newest-first: field, before/after values, actor, and time.
- Open /dashboard/activity and review discount create, update, and status events.
- Distinguish auto-expire expiry from manual Pause, Delete, and Eligibility changes.
- Fix from /dashboard/discounts/[id]/edit, then Activate via PATCH status and retest checkout.
Expected result
The stop cause becomes clear and the code works again at checkout without touching old orders.
