How does the WhatsApp order-confirmation flow work in Vareons?

Delivery states sent/delivered/read/failed apply monotonically. Manual sends with template.orderId build the same text from the same tenant-scoped order. Rejection reasons include NO_MAPPING, DUPLICATE, and TRANSITION_BLOCKED. See WhatsApp system and order confirmation support.
