Click the Settings button on /dashboard/stock-management to open the Stock Settings dialog: the low-stock threshold that classifies low products, Allow backorders to keep selling at zero, hiding out-of-stock products from the storefront, and the reservation duration in minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months, then save.
