Does Vareons support InstaPay?

InstaPay on Vareons is an Egyptian local payment method set from the checkout settings: the merchant enables the option and enters an InstaPay number from the dashboard, and shoppers see it at checkout with instructions to send a transfer receipt. Steps to enable InstaPay

1. Open payment settings in the dashboard and choose InstaPay from the available payment methods.
2. Enter the InstaPay number of your store that will receive customer transfers.
3. Confirm the transfer-receipt instructions shown to shoppers at checkout are clear.
4. Place a trial order and review how the order and its payment method appear in the dashboard.

Running it with other payment methods

Daily InstaPay follow-up routine

Because InstaPay is a local transfer rather than an automatic collection gateway, set a daily routine matching customer-sent transfer receipts against recorded orders before shipping. Keep the receiving number fixed in one place and never change it without telling shoppers, and keep a receipt log that stays easy to revisit whenever a payment dispute arises.

• Never ship an order before confirming the actual transfer reached your number.
• Ask shoppers to send the receipt right after transferring to speed up confirmation and dispatch.
• Review pending orders daily and cancel whatever stays unpaid past your own policy deadline.
