How do I create and edit mandatory discounts in Vareons?

Mandatory discounts use the same Coupon model with data.isMandatory: true and are managed through GET/POST /api/dashboard/mandatory-discounts, GET/PUT/DELETE /api/dashboard/mandatory-discounts/[id], and GET /api/dashboard/mandatory-discounts/stats with mandatory-discounts.view/create/edit/delete permissions. Supported types are percentage, fixed, free_shipping, free_product, and buy_x_get_y, persisted on the order as an isMandatory: true line with freeProductId for gifts.
