2. Review active codes periodically before seasons to confirm dates reflect the sales plan.
3. Rely on the automatic flow to return expired codes to an inactive state without manual work.
4. To extend a winning offer, adjust the validity dates of the same coupon from the update screen.
5. If the offer ended and extension no longer fits, create a new coupon with fresh dates instead of editing the old one.

Name codes after their campaign and period for easier identification on review, and document the extension reason when adjusting dates. Disabling leaked or misused codes early also protects the campaign from draining before its time.
