Can the AI Copilot manage orders, loyalty points, and staff data?

The Vareons store Copilot covers three operational areas besides design: orders, loyalty points, and staff data. For orders it offers read tools such as overview, list, count, and timeline, plus execution tools such as create, update, set status, cancel, archive and restore, notes, and tracking. For loyalty it covers summary, settings, rewards, points add and adjust, redeem, redemptions history, and top consumers. Staff data is exposed through read-only tools covering overview, full profile, access lists, attendance, leaves, performance, and payroll.

How to use the Copilot in daily management

1. Open the conversation and ask to read first, such as an orders overview, a loyalty summary, or a staff overview before any action.
2. Name the exact operation needed, such as changing an order status, adding loyalty points for a customer, or reviewing a staff leave record.
3. Review the displayed proposal and verify the data before confirming, since execution only happens with your approval.
4. Remember staff tools are read-only, so any change to staff data happens from the dedicated management screens.
5. Follow the results from the orders, loyalty, and staff boards to confirm the change took effect.

Orders tools run under view, create, and edit permissions, loyalty tools under loyalty permissions, and staff tools under the view permission. This separation keeps responsibilities clear and prevents actions outside the scope of the user role.
