App unavailable in my plan: what does disabled mode mean?

A merchant read about an app, then could not find it in the marketplace, or pressed install and got an unavailable-in-plan notice.

Why this happens

Because every app carries a plan mode (included, paid, or disabled) in planAppAccess, a disabled one is filtered out of the marketplace and rejected by both the UI and the server.

What Vareons does about it

The marketplace shows only the current plan's apps with their price badges, the install button rejects disabled ones with a clear message, and the gated app paths in APP_GATED_PATHS never open without a valid install.

  • apps.marketplace.supported Apps marketplace (install/open/uninstall): Available
  • apps.todo.supported Tasks (Todo) app: Available

Limitations

Changing plans is a billing decision outside the app; support is the upgrade path. Direct install through a raw link grants no mode bypass.
