Linktree app on Vareons: install, pages, links, and analytics

The linktree app is the id linktree marketplace card opening /dashboard/linktree: it builds link pages with a profile, links manager, templates, and live editor, plus view, click, and conversion analytics, with each page served to visitors at /linktree/[username].

The app installs from the /dashboard/apps marketplace with an Install button on the "Linktree" card described as one link page gathering the store and social links, after which an Open button leads to /dashboard/linktree. The card carries a Free badge.

The app page titled "Linktree Maker" shows four stat cards: total linktrees, total views, total clicks, and conversion rate. Seven tabs navigate it: Overview, My Linktrees, Profile, Links, Analytics, Templates, and Live Editor (compressed on small screens).

The Overview tab shows recent activity, top-performing links, and quick actions: create new linktree, browse templates, and view analytics. The My Linktrees tab lists each page with its name and public /linktree/[pageSlug] URL plus its views, clicks, link count, published-or-draft state, and default mark, with buttons for copy link, view public page, edit, publish and unpublish, duplicate, set as default, delete, and share.

The create flow posts the page name and slug then refetches pages, duplicate copies a whole page, publish toggles the state, set-as-default picks the first-opened page, and delete removes it permanently. The analytics tab fetches GET overview with tenant, page, and range parameters to show views, clicks, click-through rate, average time, and bounce rate with top links and recent activity.

Pages are stored in the LinktreeEditor model with tenant, page name, slug in letters-numbers-dashes format, default flag, profile (name, bio, avatar, cover, email, phone), links list, theme and template, and view and click counters.

Frequently asked questions

How many link pages can I create?

Multiple pages per store; the My Linktrees tab manages them all, with a default page opening first when set.

How do visitors see my page?

Through the public /linktree/[pageSlug] URL via the view-public-page button; the page must be published first to appear.

What are the slug rules?

Lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes only in a-z0-9- format so the public URL resolves correctly.

Do I know which links get clicked most?

Yes, the Analytics tab shows top-performing links with views, clicks, and conversion rate per page.

Can I duplicate a ready page?

Yes, the duplicate button copies the whole page with its links and template so you can adapt the copy for a new campaign.

Troubleshooting

1) Public page not opening: confirm it is published and the slug is valid (letters, numbers, dashes). 2) Page missing after creation: refresh the My Linktrees tab; the list is fetched from the server after each operation. 3) Zero stats: views count visits to the public URL only, not internal previews. 4) Broken styling: review the applied template and theme from the Templates and Live Editor tabs.

Important limitations

• Slugs are unique per tenant and reject spaces and symbols. • Analytics are core views, clicks, and rates with no heatmaps. • Deleting a page is permanent and does not restore its links. • Only one default page per store.
