How do I create a referral link with a custom code in Vareons?

The request goes to POST /api/affiliate/simple/create-link at 20 requests per minute: the code is required and globally unique (duplicates return 409), the url is required, the name is optional. After creation copy it with the copy-link button and manage it from manage links (enable, disable, delete, rename). See the affiliate system docs.
